Baby Class: Day One

Tonight as everyone was assembling in the incredibly over-heated classroom for our childbirth prep, the husbands looked particularly nervous as all the preggos checked each other out.
Richard leaned over and whispered, "Do we have to take a test at the end of this thing?"
I said, "Yes, all the husbands have to take a test."
The husband in front of us looked at his wife, " Really?!" He whispered, loudly.
"Oh, absolutely," she said.

She and I had a good laugh about it later in the bathroom.

Exciting Erin! I loved preparing for baby by learning what we needed to know before he/she arrived. It meant the time was drawing near to meet our precious babe! Best wishes! Hope you learn lots!

The test commences when you see your wife in pain, and see the blood, and you pass if you don't pass out. I hope Richard gets an A!
