For the Record

Sleeping in 45-minute stints over the course of 8-10 hours does not count as a good night's sleep.
We're going on day four of this 45-minute sleep cycle.
Sigh.

p.s. Before you recommend it, no, just letting her cry doesn't work. I mean, unless I want her to cry ALL. NIGHT. LONG.

I agree crying it out is no fun for anyone. I promise it will pass!

ugh! there are no easy answers. sorry, Erin. if last night was a repeat of the last few nights, please take a nap today. you need your rest as much as your Sweetie SJ does...

Hang in there. This is only a stage she is going through. Does she need a chiropractor? We can "reset" her sleep-wake cycles through a gentle adjustment (vibration--not a crank on the neck). Eva always sleeps for 10 hours after an adjustment! Think about it.....

Maybe she's teething? Have you tried a little Oragel or Tylenol before bed? A mommy I know recommended that to me for when teething gets worse.
