ShirleyGirly's First Bottle

I stood over Richard literally wringing my hands as he fed her. Everything went well and she still nurses just fine!

This will make it easier to go out. And gives Richard some father daughter time-precious. He looked like he was really enjoying himself.

Good for you Erin. It's hard, I know, little steps. :)

so bittersweet... but that first time you really need to have him look after her, you'll be relieved that it went so well. i just love your little family and seeing all of this here. so sweet!

It is sad, but it's nice to know they're fine when you finally make it out of the house. My daughter went on hunger strike when she was only two months old. I left her with her daddy for 4 hours, and she refused to eat the whole time I was gone.

I'm still slightly paranoid about leaving the kids, so bravo on your first step towards a little freedom now and again. :o)

Good for you! We made the mistake of waiting until like 10 weeks to give Abby a bottle. By then it was too late and she wouldn't take it. I was tied down until we could introduce a sippy cup!
